【摘要】:ThispartofISO4545specifiesthemethodofverificationoftestingmachinesfordeterminingKnoophardnessformetallicmaterialsinaccordancewithISO4545-1-1.Itcoverstestforcesfrom0,09807Nto19,614N.Themethodisrecommendedonlyforindentationswithdiagonals≥0,020mm.Itspecifiesadirectverificationmethodforcheckingthemainfunctionsofthemachine,andanindirectverificationmethodsuitablefortheoverallcheckingofthemachine.Theindirectverificationmethodmaybeusedonitsownforperiodicroutinecheckingofthemachineinservice.Ifatestingmachineisalsotobeusedforothermethodsofhardnesstesting,itshouldbeverifiedindependentlyforeachmethod.
