【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart2-1isreplacedbythefollowing:ThiscollateralstandardappliestoHBESswitcheswithaworkingvoltagenotexceeding250Va.c.andaratedcurrentuptoandincluding16A.forhouseholdandsimilarfixedelectricalinstallationseitherindoorsoroutdoorsandtoassociatedelectronicextensionunits.ItappliestoHBESswitchesfortheoperationoflampcircuitsandthecontrolofthebrightnessoflamps(dimmers)aswellasthecontrolofthespeedofmotors(e.g.thoseusedinventilatingfans)andforotherpurposes(e.g.heatinginstallations),tosensors,actuators,switched-socket-outlets,associatedelectronicextensionunits,etcInthefollowingdocumenttheword"HBESswitch"isappliedtodescribeallkindofHBESdevicese.g.switches,sensors,actuators,switched-socket-outlets,associatedelectronicextensionunits,etc.Theoperationandcontrolareperformedintentionallybyapersonviaanactuatingmember,akey,acard,etc.,viaasensingsurfaceorasensingunit,bymeansoftouch,proximity,turn,optical,acoustic,thermal,byphysicalmeans,e.g.light,temperature,humidity,time,windvelocity,presenceofpeople,byanyotherinfluence;andtransmittedbyanelectronicsignalviaseveralmedia,e.g.powerline(mains),twistedpair,opticalfibre,radiofrequency,infra-red,etc?HBESSwitchescomplyingwiththisstandardaresuitableforuseatambienttemperaturesnotnormallyexceeding25°C,butoccasionallyreaching35°C.FunctionalsafetyaspectsofHBESswitchesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.FunctionalsafetyrequirementsshallbecoveredbythestandardsofthedeviceswhicharecontrolledbytheHBES.Inlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,e.g.highertemperature,specialconstructionsmayberequired.NOTE1ThisannexisnotintendedtocoverdevicesfallingwithinthescopeofIEC60730.NOTE2Electronicswitcheswithoutamechanicalswitchinthemaincircuitdonotprovidea"fulloff-state".Therefore,thecircuitontheloadsideshouldbeconsideredtobelive.NOTE3HBES-switchestobeconnectedtotelecommunicationnetworksshouldfulfiltherelevantstandard.
