【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC13719definesthestandardbindingofthePortableCommonToolEnvironment(PCTE),asspecifiedinISO/IEC13719-1,totheCORBAInterfaceDefinitionLanguage(IDL)definedinISO/IECCD14750.AnumberoffeaturesarenotcompletelydefinedinISO/IEC13719-1,somefreedombeingallowedtotheimplementer.Someofthesefeaturesarespecifiedasimplementationlimits.SomeconstraintsareplacedontheseimplementationlimitsbythisIDLBindingStandard.Theseconstraintsarespecifiedinclause24,ImplementationLimits.PCTEisaninterfacetoasetoffacilitiesthatformsthebasisforconstructingenvironmentssupportingsystemsengineeringprojects.Thesefacilitiesaredesignedparticularlytoprovideaninfrastructureforprogramswhichmaybepartofsuchenvironments.Suchprograms,whichareusedasaidstosystemsdevelopment,areoftenreferredtoastools.
