【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667establishesprinciples,basicrequirements,andillustrativemethodsfordealingwiththeuseofsampledatafordecisionmakingbasedontheassessmentoftheconfidencethatwaterquality:a)meetstargetsandcomplieswiththresholds;b)haschanged;and/orc)liesinaparticulargradeinaclassificationsystem.ThispartofISO5667alsospecifiesmethodsforpreliminaryexaminationofthesensitivityofdecisionstoerroranduncertainty,althoughitdoesnotcoverthefullrangeofstatisticaltechniques.ThispartofISO5667providesgeneraladviceondecisionmakingrelatedtoconstraintformulationforexpressionofthresholdsandtargetsandtheformandscaleofsamplingprogrammes.NOTE1Inthewaterindustry,"standard"iscommonlyusedtoindicatethevalueorlimitofaparameterofinterestHowever,inthispartofISO5667,theterm"threshold"isusedtoavoidconfusionwithpublishednational,regional,andInternationalStandards.NOTE2Thisdocumentisframedintermsofsamplingandmeasurementofchemicalconcentrations,inparticularthosesubjecttostrongday-to-daytemporalvariations.Theprinciplesapply,however,toanyitemestimatedbysamplingwhichissubjecttorandomerror,includingmicrobiologicalandbiologicaldata,anddatasubjecttostrongspatialvariations.
