【摘要】:ThispartofISO1268describesthepreparationoftestplatesfromlayersofpreimpregnatedunidirectionalfibreorfabric(prepregs)underpressureandtemperatureinvarioustypesofequipment(forexample,autoclave,bladderpress,hydraulicpressorvacuumbagequipment).Itappliestoallreinforcementsandresins.Thismethodisapplicabletoreinforcementspreimpregnatedeitherwithapartiallycuredthermosettingresinorwithathermoplasticresin.Thetestplateisformedbystackinglayersofthepreimpregnatedmaterialintherequiredsequenceandorientation,followedbycompactionandfinalconsolidationunderpressure/vacuumatatemperatureaboveambient.Thepreparedtestplatesaresubsequentlymachinedintotherequiredtestspecimens.Standardplatespreparedinthismannermaybeusedeitherforevaluatingthecomponents,i.e.thereinforcement,finish,resin,etc.,orforverifyingtheoverallqualityofthefinishedproduct.
