【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthethermalspeedratingforoilbathlubricatedrollingbearingsanddefinescalculationprinciplesforthedeterminationofthisparameter.TheparameterdeterminedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardappliestorollingbearingsofthegivenseriesandsizesofstandarddesignorofadesignthat,fromafrictionalpointofview,canberelatedtoastandarddesignbearing.Inmostcasesofstandardassembly,thepermissibletemperaturedeterminesthemaximumoperatingspeed.Heatingoftheassemblyisthengeneratedbythebearing.ThrustballbearingsareexcludedfromthisInternationalStandardaskinematiceffectsdonotallowthethermalspeedratingdefinedinthisInternationalStandardtobeapplied.NOTE1InAnnexAmeanvaluesforthecoefficientsf0randf1raregiven—f0rforcalculatingviscouslossesofoilbathlubricatedbearingsandf1rforcalculatingfrictionallossesofbearings.NOTE2InAnnexBthereferenceconditionsforgreaselubricationaredefined.Thereferenceconditionsarechosensuchthatthethermalspeedratingforgreaselubricationisidenticaltothatforoilbathlubrication.
